Educator – Researcher
Christian Counselor
International Business Advisor

My academic and professional journey has developed across several connected areas: Agricultural Engineering and rural development, organizational and institutional management, Business Administration and International Business, higher education, research, and Christian education, counseling, and ministry.

These fields entered my life at different stages through education, professional responsibilities, teaching, leadership, research, and service. Over time, they have increasingly complemented one another and shaped the way I understand organizations, people, education, professional practice, and community development.

This website brings those dimensions together. It provides an introduction to the competencies I have developed, the work and research I continue to pursue, and the professional, academic, Christian, and personal experiences presented in greater detail throughout the other sections of the website.

My professional competencies have developed through formal education, applied professional experience, institutional responsibility, teaching, research, and long-term work with organizations and communities. They represent areas in which I have developed the capacity to analyze needs, develop solutions, manage people and processes, teach and advise, conduct research, and contribute to professional and institutional development.

My competence in Agricultural Engineering and Rural Development is grounded in Bachelor’s and Master’s education in Agricultural Engineering and extensive professional experience in rural development and poverty reduction through agricultural projects.

This background enables me to connect agricultural and rural realities with project development, feasibility assessment, rural economic sustainability, agricultural investment, institutional development, and agricultural finance. It later became particularly important in my work involving agricultural lending, national agricultural-sector assessments, banking studies, and the translation of technical agricultural realities into economic and financial decision-making.

My competence in organizational and institutional management includes organizational development, institutional strengthening, Human Resource Management, operations, staff and performance management, change processes, research and feasibility studies, and the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of projects and programs.

Project Management has accompanied much of my professional experience, particularly where organizations must bring together people, resources, finances, institutional requirements, implementation processes, and measurable outcomes.

My competence in Business Administration and International Business has developed through management education, banking and finance, entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, organizational responsibilities, higher education, and doctoral research.

It includes Business Administration, International Business, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, leadership and team management, Project Management, Intercultural Communication, business development, marketing strategy, and brand and product-market positioning.

A continuing emphasis within this field is the relationship between people, organizations, strategy, performance, and the economic environment in which decisions are made.

My competence in higher education includes academic and departmental administration, lecturing, curriculum and course development, teaching and learning enhancement, pedagogical design, practical-training coordination, student and thesis supervision, assessment, academic quality processes, and research development.

An important part of this work is connecting academic knowledge with professional practice and developing educational approaches that help students move progressively from understanding concepts toward analysis, application, evaluation, and independent knowledge construction.

Throughout these professional and academic stages, my development has also been accompanied by a continuing Christian formation centered on my faith in Jesus Christ.

This dimension includes Biblical and theological education, Christian counseling, Biblical teaching, preaching, pastoral care, congregational and ministry leadership, Christian community development, and working with individuals and families through spiritual, personal, family, and community concerns.

My Christian education includes Biblical Studies, Old and New Testament studies, Hermeneutics, Christian Theology and Doctrine, Christian History and Ethics, Philosophy of Religion, Pastoral Theology, Christian Counseling, and Comparative Religions.

Rather than developing separately from my other areas of education and professional experience, this Christian dimension has accompanied them and has contributed to how I understand service, responsibility, human dignity, relationships, community, and personal faith.

At this stage, my work is increasingly concentrated on higher education, Business Administration, research and writing, pedagogical and curriculum development, institutional development, and Christian education, counseling, and ministry.

My recent higher-education responsibilities have included academic leadership, teaching, curriculum development, pedagogical improvement, academic quality, research, and the interaction between business, economics, technology, and education. These experiences continue to inform the direction in which I develop my academic and educational work.

My current research and writing are developing particularly through Human Resource Management and organizational studies, higher-education pedagogy, global and scientific communication, and the relationship between professional experience and academic knowledge. I am particularly interested in questions that emerge from practice and can subsequently be examined more systematically through research, evidence, and academic discussion.

Through TESI Education and my continuing Christian engagement, I remain active in Biblical and theological education, applied Christian counseling, preaching, teaching, pastoral support, and the leadership and development of Christian community and congregational activities.

Looking ahead, I intend to continue developing these academic, educational, research, professional, and Christian engagements through teaching, publication, collaboration, institutional initiatives, counseling, and projects that connect knowledge with professional and community practice.

The other sections of this website provide the details behind this introduction.

About Me presents the broader personal and professional journey through which these areas developed. Education provides the record of my formal academic qualifications and continuing educational formation, while Working Experience presents the institutions, organizations, responsibilities, projects, and professional environments in which those competencies were applied.

Publications brings together my academic research, professional studies, and other writing. My Family provides a more personal space for the people and experiences closest to my life, while The Church and the Christ gives greater attention to Christian belief, Biblical and theological education, counseling, preaching, ministry, and the Christian communities with which I have been involved.

Together, I hope these pages provide more than a record of positions and qualifications. They are intended to present the education, experience, work, research, service, and continuing development behind them.

Communication and cooperation with people from different academic, professional, cultural, and educational backgrounds have accompanied much of my work.

I value opportunities to exchange ideas and explore connections between research and professional practice, education and organizations, business and people, technology and learning, and knowledge and meaningful application. I also welcome dialogue and collaboration in Christian education, counseling, theology, ministry, and community initiatives.

If something you find on this website connects with your own research, university work, educational initiative, organization, professional project, Christian community, or simply with a question worth exploring, I would be pleased to hear from you. There may be something we can discuss, learn, research, develop, or build together.

Thank you for visiting my website.
